Hi all, At, https://arewecompressedyet.com, I am seeing we use very high bit rate of video (except I frame only), which seems too high in real world. I propose to use much coarse quant levels, so that we have better (less interpolants) plots for the range, 0.01 bpp ~ 0.2 bpp.
