Log:
Merge the testvectors page into documentation.

We (Greg and I) are concerned that the number of pages is
proliferating beyond what's easy to browse. It's better
to have fewer pages with a bit more content.

Since documentation isn't an obvious place to look for
test vectors, I've left the nav link in place for now.
