The immediate goal is to get theora streaming with Icecast2, sending a 
live audio-less Theora stream using the shout raw method (which doesn't 
interpret, just passes through) and karlh's experimental Icecast2 w/ 
theora support.  Also, immediatly, just one model of camera (DLink C310) 
will be supported, as it's the only webcam I know of which outputs a 
series of complete JPEG files (not MJPEG).

Longer term, prehaps, adding various audio codecs, supporting additional 
camera sources, etc.  I'm trying to set it up to be modular, to the 
degree of prehaps even supporting non-HTTP stream methods (RTP?).
