I think the idea here is to actually structure this like the website.  
So we would have URLs like

http://www.xiph.org/speex/
http://www.xiph.org/theora/
http://www.xiph.org/vorbis/
etc...

So the main page would go under websites/xiph.org/, no subdir.

The only weird part would be the flac page, which we don't currently 
host on motherfish.  Has anyone talked to Josh about this?  Does he want 
to move the page to mf-ii, or would he rather leave it on sourceforge?
