[annodex-dev] server upgrade

Hi,

this hardware upgrade has been pushed back till next Thursday Jun 15.
We'll send a notice closer to the time (and discuss on #annodex). It'll
only be a brief downtime.

Services affected are www.openroadtrip.net, media.linux.org.au,
media.slug.org.au.

This will allow us to configure up faster RAID access for these
services. That access will not be immediately available but requires
some reconfiguration of existing filesystems.
