Comments:
Update of /annodex/libfishsound/include/fishsound
In directory annodex:/tmp/cvs-serv8114/include/fishsound

Modified Files:
	constants.h fishsound.h
Log Message:
Tons of stuff ! Some of the changes by conrad prior to check-in. Other changes include moving to binary mode for files. Change of BOS format to null terminate text header field. Also changes to anx_write because it was using a non-portable method of writing out data by casting struct's to char arrays. Currently this chagne is guarded by a WIN32 macro. It should however replace the old function once tested. Any platform particularly embedded ones which need aligned data will not be able to handle the old method. Also includes VS.NET 2003 solution files and projects. Anxenc now builds for windows. Inclusion of dosumentation.
