[AnxAssoc] Annodex activities

sorry 11:30 pm turned out to be too late. Will comment on any notes that 
circulate from the meeting. Quick update:

1) All quite on the Open media now front? ... did we get them the money?

2) Tended to some pending mentor requests. Some applicants are starting 
to trickle in.

4) Will be doing a half way point report back from the theora grant 
soon. Lots of exiting development and software projects planned :)

5) OVA.. I have sent out some emails to some people about Open Video 
Alliance. Xiph / Annodex representation at the conference is still 
taking shape. I will keep everyone updated.
