[Xiph-Advocacy] HTML5+Ogg help page

Hi,

With the release of Firefox 3.5 we can expect lots of questions about
using HTML5 and Ogg. Please help improve this wiki page:

For now, consider it like a FAQ about what software to use to view and
serve Ogg video with HTML5. It's also a place to collect initial
content for a pretty and community-oriented ogg.org. So please
contribute your tips and advice, and feel free to list your site that
supports HTML5+Ogg :-)
