Hypothetical question:

How long would it take for there to be a million HTML 5 webpages
with vorbis and/or theora?

If:
- youtube supported uploads and had a option for Creative Commons
content to be 
  easily downloaded
- simple tools for lossless cutting 
- audio/video elements had fade in/out feature
