[Xiph-Advocacy] Thanks for feedback on lossless editing of vorbis/theora

I'll note that there are a number of general purpose tools that don't
do the fades losslessly, but will reencode the edges where the effect
happens, and use the original compressed data for the rest.  I don't
know if that possibility came up in the discussion, but it seems to be
the way its most often done with other codecs.
