[Advocacy] theme is on its way to Cameron

Hi guys,

I sent the cc nl theme to Cameron so we can use it as a base theme for 
SOM. Let's make sure we'll have some worthwile information in the blog 
anytime soon *hint to self* ;)

Oh and I'll have a look at the pretty urls asap.
