Ĉu vi parolas Esperanton?

There's a volunteer translating the SOM FAQ to Polish, which reminds
me that I still haven't found a decent way to make multi-language
available besides relying on tags (e.g. en, pl, pt, de).

Making those tags accessible is also not an easy task to make a decent GUI.

Feedback welcome!  After revieweing //spreadopenmedia.org what is your
suggestion to make it multi-language beautiful and easy to use?
