The idea behind peeling is to have important audio data in the beginning
of a Vorbis packet, and less important info at the end. A peeling
application then chops off parts at the end of Vorbis packets, thus
allowing to reduce the size/bitrate of an .ogg file without having to
reencode. Peeling will take up much less CPU power and the resulting
quality should also be also be better than something reencoded. At least
that's the plan :)
