[advocacy] new Ogg track

I've put a new track on my site called Bulawayo Wierdo. It's not a
great reference track for Vorbis encoding though, having only been
recorded at 22KHz sample rate originally.

Maybe Xiph should have some reference tracks available for download,
like the highest-fi (royalty free) recording available encoded with
Vorbis as a demo. You could style it after those old 'test your
stereo' records - "I'm now going to play a series of timpani while
walking across the studio from left to right"...
