Thank you for the linkas usual, Daniel.
This is a good site but in 'Education' link, there are
rather old references. Does it mean discussions on
'fair' price agreed between musicians and their fans
are the 'past'?

It is actually a good idea to put an easy payment
system in a Winamp plug-in. Maybe, there is more
sophisticated software needed such as a combination of
music search and easy payment ratehr than doing it
separately with Winamp and a Web Browser. In Cnet,
'MusicCity Morpheus' outranks Winamp in popularity.
In terms of digital divide, open source is obviously
behind Windows. Probably, the idea of fair-priced
contents needs good easy-to-use software.
By the way, maybe, I am being a bit optimistic but
SSSCA does not seem to pass at the moment with
computer giants increasingly show their interests in
Linux. They even began to use the OS even in the area
of super computers. Good news for open source but as
I wrote above, I think 'open contents' need good
software for music fans to support their favourite
musicians. For while the idea of open source getting
stablized in the area of computing, that of 'open
contents' and 'fair-priced contents' does not seem to
be acknowledged. Hopefully, after the release of
non-beta version.... (I am not asking progrmmers to
make haste for the goal. Though ignorant, I think
myself understand the open source and contents
movement at least better than doing such a thing. Just
in case, you know.)
