[advocacy] PeerCast 0.110 with support for Ogg Vorbis streaming

Hey everyone,

a new version of PeerCast was just released, adding very solid Ogg
Vorbis streaming support to this wonderful P2P streaming tool. This is a
big step forward for PeerCast, since Ogg Vorbis streams will mean
smaller streams at a good quality, and the smaller a stream is, the more
easily it gets propagated through the PeerCast network.
