I can't help you with WinCVS, but if you want the main branch you could
as well download the nightly CVS snapshot from
http://www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/download/vorbis_nightly_cvs.tgz . I
suppose this is the most easy way to get current sources. You'll need to
get CVS running if you want experimental side branches, though.
