[Ogg a11y] another <video> tag srt, cmml example

hmm it should work if you set the content-type of the source to 
"text/x-src" ... feel free to pop by #metavid on irc.freenode.net and I 
can help with any issues that may come up if you want to try using it on 
your website .... I am presently "using" mv_embed on metavid.org
