In a branch off my private git repo. I haven't forgotten about your offer
to host libkate at annodex.net :)

It's not ready though - message headers code is incomplete (TBH, I
might well leave it as is, apart from adding multiline headers), and the
multiplex code for both mappings to coexist is not very pleasing to see.

I can certainly send a tarball privately if you want to play with it, with
the caveat that the bitstream for this one is not public so likely to not
be backward nor forward compatible.

I think I've got it to the latest changes in the Ogg/Text wiki page though.
